PSYCHPROS HISTORY IN BEHAVIORAL HEALTHCARE RECRUITING
Holly Dorna, MA, LPCC, founded PsychPros, Inc. in 1995, and over the next two decades, she carefully shaped the company into the industry leader in behavioral healthcare recruiting that it is today.
As a mental health professional, Holly saw first-hand the need for specialized behavioral healthcare staffing and executive search services. She recognized that mental health organizations have specific challenges that are different from other employers, and that finding the right job candidate requires a thorough understanding of behavioral healthcare jobs. She wanted PsychPros recruiters to bring a personalized approach to hiring the best staff. Holly’s emphasis on understanding the unique needs of our clients, and her commitment to excellent service, remains a foundation of the leadership team.
Holly retired in 2017, selling the company to trusted employees. She remains a corporate advisor to the company’s managing partners, Cheryl Rapier, Kristin O’Brien, and Brooke Olson.
