Do you have candidates in my geographic area?

PsychPros is a national staffing and recruiting company. Our corporate headquarters are located in Cincinnati, Ohio.

We provide candidates and job placement services throughout the United States.

We have established candidate pools in many locations, and we specialize in finding candidates for others. Please contact us, and we can evaluate the available candidates in your specific area.

How much does it cost to use PsychPros’ services?

PsychPros is a contingency recruiting and staffing firm. We incur all recruiting costs associated with filling your positions, and you pay us only after you have hired a PsychPros candidate or have started a PsychPros employee to work at your office.

We have some of the lowest costs in the staffing industry, and we will match any competitor’s cost for the following hiring options:

Permanent placements: Placement of regular, full-time employees. The placement fee is a percentage of the employee’s first annual compensation.

Temporary and Temp-to-Hire: Full-time and part-time. Like other agencies, our administrative fee is added to the employee’s hourly wage, payroll taxes, worker’s compensation, and unemployment insurance.

We also cover malpractice insurance.

If you choose to hire the temporary for a permanent position, we can provide a 90-day, temp-to-hire with no conversion fee, or a lower cost up front with a modest conversion fee.

It’s your choice.

How does the process work?

We gather all of the pertinent information needed to make a successful match. We listen to your needs and your interpretation of the “ideal” candidate.

We recruit for your position using both traditional and cutting-edge search technologies, and we present only qualified candidates for your review.

What can I expect from my PsychPros recruiter? How long will it take?

Your recruiter will keep you informed throughout the selection process.

For a temporary position, we may fill it immediately.

For a permanent position, it may take days or weeks, depending on the job.

The recruiter will screen and interview prospective candidates specifically for your position and will submit resumes to you for review. Your recruiter will schedule and coordinate all of the telephone and face-to-face interviews you’ve requested.

What will I be expected to do?

As a hiring manager, it is your responsibility to respond quickly to us every step of the way. If the “open” status of the position changes, if you like or dislike a candidate, if you find an appropriate candidate on your own — we need to know these things as soon as possible.

Only you can give us the feedback we need to make sure we are identifying the right candidates for you!

How do I put in a request to fill a job?

The easiest way is to fill out the Employer Request form.

We will call you upon receiving your email during our office hours of 8:30am – 5:00pm EST Monday through Friday.
